Syrah & Grenache from 30 year old vines in the Rhone Valley. Hand harvested grapes are fermented whole cluster with 15-20 day carbonic maceration, spontaneous fermentation in tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 24 months in tank. No fining, filtration or sulfur additions.
