Altesse, barrel fermented and aged, no racking before bottling Corentin Houillon comes from a family of very talented winemakers. He is the the nephew of Manu Houillon, winemaker of legendary Jura domaine Maison Pierre Overnoy. He has recently taken over farming of the vineyards in Savoie and we are very excited for the future of this young winemaker!
