Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris These grapes come from a collection of small hobby vineyards on Sobre Vista Road on Sonoma Mountain. The are fully destemmed and cofermented. Open top fermentation. Cap was lightly submerged once daily for one week then pressed. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 1 year no sulfur additions.
