Fruit bomb, lush, velvet, perfume. Medium body. 'A couple of years ago Frenchtown Farms took over the Naggiar vineyard in Grass Valley. They had some extra fruit left over and sold us some malbec. We took inspiration from Simon Busser and wanted to make something with lots of fruit but smooth in texture. This wine was destemmed, macerated for 3 weeks, and given gentle hand punchdowns every so often. Due to 2023 being a cool year, this wine retains a lower ABV and lots of freshness. We really love this one!'
