Céline and Michaël’s domaine is situated in Laroque des Albères in the 'blue mountains of piedmont' as the slopes around Banyuls and Port Vendres are called. Located in the Roussillon region of France. On the top terrace of these vineyards is the Macabeu which is about 40 years old. Michaël has a couple of horses that help him the steep vineyards (Goliath & Paco). This wine is rich and textural with flavors of citrus, starfruit and golden apples with a touch of baking spice.
