“Responsible for a large percentage of hefeweizens in Bavaria, Bernsteinfarbens (Amber) hefes are what Vienna lager is to Pilsner. This beer features carawheat and Admiral wheat, alongside some caramunich and carared, a very pretty malt that adds a lovely red fruit note. We used the world's oldest brewery's yeast, fermented cool and slow to suppress the esters and let a little of the beautiful close phenolics shine through.” 4.8 abv
