Tasting Notes:  Cocoa, Citrus, Brown Sugar The notes of cocoa, brown sugar, and citrus make this blend of Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees a great flavor profile for espresso and cold brew.  This is an intentionally rich coffee that can be cut with water to make a fantastic Americano, or pair it with dairy to get a smooth, creamy sweetness.
