Such A Time As This Necklace

The Freshwater Pearl Necklace  Natural Pearls form when an irritant - usually a parasite and not the proverbial grain of sand - works its way into an oyster, mussel, or clam. As a defense mechanism, a fluid is used to coat the irritant. Layer upon layer of this coating, called 'nacre', is deposited until a lustrous pearl is formed. Since we are all being effected in some way from the Covid 19 pandemic, we decided to create an item to bring a reminder to pray for those who are protecting us and serving us during this time.  18” non tarnishing silver chain with freshwater pearl.
