The 100mm Rotary Self-Centering CNC Air Vise is the easiest solution for automated workholding for 4th and 5th Axis Applications for CNC Machines. Available in 75mm and 100mm versions, the Rotary Self-Centering Air Vise consists of one of our Self-Centering Pneumatic Air Vises with a special integrated baseplate including a centering puck the diameter of your choice. These two base plates are drop-in compatible with Haas Air Vise Ready Provision Kits, as well. With a single solenoid connected to your machine (or even better, our Instant Solenoid Kit), you have an automatic workholding solution in minutes. For continuous rotation, use of one of our Rotary Unions to allow infinite rotation of your fourth or fifth axis.
