Roto-GimGripper4™ - CNC Spindle Gripper (FloLink™+Orient)

The Roto-GimGripper™ is the only Spindle Gripper solution that works with CNC machines not equipped with Through Air or Coolant. Rather than relying on through-the-spindle air/coolant pressure for actuation, the Roto-GimGripper uses our patent-pending RotaryBypass technology that enables for air to be passed into the Gripper through the external FloLink™ Block while an internal rotary union allows the Gripper to turn with the spindle rotation. This unlocks the ability to machine tend parts in more complicated setups, such as full two-operation in-machine automation using our Two-Operation Pallet Module.  All Gimbel Grippers ship as complete ready-to-operate kits. The included QuickGrip Gripper Finger Plates provide incredibly fast setup for a wide variety of prat sizes, and the included Rubber Compression Pads enable preloading in the Z-Axis for excellent part repeatability in the Z Axis without undue load on the machine’s spindle bearings.
