Forgiven to Forgive (Pack of 10) Romans 12:20 says, “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Thinking she would remember this passage, a counselor asked a lady, “Have you heaped coals of fire on your enemy?” She replied, “No, but I’ve tried scalding water!” Resentment and vengeance are two ingredients for a miserable life. A happy person is a giver, a forgiver, and a thanksgiver. The Bible teaches that we are “forgiven to forgive.”
