For 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) Monolithic Tempered Glass Available Pre-Drilled in 10 and 20 Foot Lengths Available in Drilled and Counter Bored, or We Will Custom Drill to Your Specifications 6063 Alloy, T52 Temper CRL Standard Small Profile Windscreen Base Shoe for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass is typically used as the base channel for windscreens and privacy partitions. It is not recommended for Hand Rail/Guard Rail applications. Most standard glass windscreen applications use 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Each glass panel is secured in the base shoe using CRL's Patented Dry Glazed TAPER-LOC® System. NOTE: If 1/2" (12 mm) glass is required, use CRL's Wet Glaze Method.Product Warning:All heavy Base Shoes have a stock length tolerance of plus or minus 3/4" (19 mm).
