Hemianthus Callitrichoides, Large 4x4" cup

Hemianthus Callitrichoides(HC, Cuba, Dwarf baby tears) Cup size: Large 4 inch cup; 4”x4"x2” tall HC can form a dense bright green carpet effect when trimmed and grown properly.  This plant is difficult for many to grow and should usually be planted using a dry start method before initially filling the tank.  HC requires high light and high CO2 and can be difficult for beginners to grow and use in aquascaping. The very small leaves and bright green color can create an aesthetic most other plants can’t achieve.  HC should be grown on a fine substrate material and given time in a ‘dry start’ phase to grip the soil so it doesn’t float when the tank is filled with water.
