Buffer for use with annexin V reagents including annexin V-FITC, annexin V-Cy3, annexin V-Biotin, and unlabeled annexin V. During apoptosis, phsphatidylserine (PS) is translocated from the cytoplasmic face of the plasma membrane to the cell surface.
