Antenna Tower Aluminum Tripod Base For Use With Military 48" Mast Pole - Yellow

The tripod is constructed out of all aluminum. This tripod is used with the military 48 inch long (4 foot) aluminum and fiberglass mast sections. As you can see from the photos, the tripod can use either 1 or 2 mast sections per leg depending on how large of a foot print you would like the tripod to have. This is for the tripod only and does not include any of the mast sections which are pictured. They can however be purchased separately. With this tripod, you can also feed the mast sections up thru the center of the tripod from the bottom of the tripod. Depending on the style of 48" aluminum or fiberglass mast sections that you have. The smooth walled aluminum mast sections can be feed right thru the center of the tripod from end to end without any modification. The aluminum mast sections with the ribbed walls and a ring around the female end of the mast section must have the ring removed to be able to feed the mast all the way thru the center of the tripod from end to end.
