Introduction to Ceramics (Class)

Welcome to Intro to Ceramics! In this class we will cover the very basics of pottery/ceramics. We will discuss various building techniques, visual and textural applications and finishing techniques such as glazing, transfers and heat treatments. Class cost includes all materials and a take home project (after its firings…Project return time estimated between 2-3 weeks, pickup and shipping available at additional cost). *Must be 18+ years of age to register or 16+ WITH parent/legal guardian. Must wear closed toed shoes to attend* Time frame for class: 3hrs (6-9pm). Materials: Included in cost. Max for class: 10 participants Class project: Wall pocket Class Cost: $60 per person
