Hand embossed gold leaf and ink on 15 x 22" paper signed by the artist. A Linocut is a printmaking technique, similar to a woodcut print, in which a sheet of linoleum is carved into and used as the printing surface.  First, Jen designs the image for the print. Her inspirations come from street culture, the northwest music scene, and celestial dreamscapes. Then, the design is transferred onto the piece of linoleum. All prints are printed on Stonehenge Cream paper. Jennifer Ament is a printmaker and painter. Her work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions throughout the West Coast and in New York City, including the Frye Art Museum, The National Arts Club, Out of Sight, Gage Academy of Art, and The Vera Project.
