Gravenstein Apple Butter

We start with only locally sourced fresh Gravenstein apples that were hand selected in Sebastopol, CA. Our recipe uses only apples, pure cane sugar, a bit of citrus pectin to aid the thickening process along with a bit of cinnamon and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
