Couscous Salad

Pearl couscous and quinoa are the base for this healthy, fresh, chilled Mediterranean salad.  Crisp cucumbers add a crunch to the salad, and juicy red tomatoes complement their cucumber counterpart. Feta cheese crumbles and olives are also incorporated to enhance the flavor experience. As a finishing touch, the salad is topped off with a light, homemade Greek dressing that pulls all the flavors together. You can order yours with or without grilled chicken strips.
