
Epicurean Frank Lloyd Wright Series Cutting/Serving Boards
The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and Epicurean partnered to create a collection celebrating Wright’s passion for fine culinary experiences that bring together architecture, art, and food. The designs on the 19.5 x 13.75 Large Cut & Serve Cutting Board were inspired by asymmetrical geometric abstractions Frank Lloyd Wright created for the commissioned Avery Coonley Playhouse, which was built in 1907. The designs on the 9.75" x 6.875" Small Cut & Serve Cutting Board were inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's famed "Tree of Life" pattern, which was first used in 1896. Materials: Richlite is the material from which Epicurean makes its products. Hundreds of food-safe-resin soaked sheets of paper are pressed together under extreme pressure and heat, fusing the individual sheets into a solid piece of material. The final product is exceptionally strong, yet maintains the warm, natural look and feel of wood. It is lightweight, nonporous, knife friendly, and dishwasher safe. It won’t crack,
