Spare Tire Mount for Universal Carrier

This simple (yet robust) tire mount allows you to carry a spare tire on our Universal Carrier for Bus and Vanagon. This kit has two options for wheel mounting styles.  Mounting the tire with the wheel face outward allows you to show off the rim of your wheel. Mounting with the wheel face inward allows you to gain some otherwise wasted space, especially when combined our Reverse Spare Tire Storage Kit or a Trasharoo.  Select in the dropdown which mounting style makes the most sense for your vehicle. Combine with the Spare Tire Nut Lock to secure your valuable spare from any opportunistic thieves.  Wheel Compatibility: We designed the spare tire mount to accommodate all the Volkswagen 5x112 pattern wheel and tire combinations that GoWesty offers on 2WD and 4WD vehicles.
