The Silence Between the Stones

I read a book by Erling Kagge, entitled 'Silence in the Age of Noise', in which he mentions a poet who wrote about the quietness of a particular blue colour between two rocks. Before I got to applying any colour to this painting my youngest daughter told me to stop, as she liked the painting just how it was... sometimes you have to observe the wisdom of youth.
