Crafted in small batches at Sipsmith’s West London distillery, this classic London Dry gin is made from a wheat spirit distilled with 10 traditional botanicals, including Macedonian juniper, coriander, angelica, licorice, orris, almond, cinnamon, cassia, orange, and lemon peel. The aroma is a vibrant mix of soft pine, bright citrus, and warm spice, with almond-enhanced mouthfeel. On the palate, crisp juniper leads into lemon tart and orange marmalade, supported by coriander and angelica root, finishing clean, dry, and balanced.
