This hand-harvested, un-oaked, 100% Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a blend of three Casablanca Valley vineyards: El Ensue  100% hand-harvested, estate wines that show the true expression of the Casablanca Valley. This collaborative project between Passionate Fruit and Mango jump out of the glass with underlying citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, combined with a well-balanced finish.
