  Battenfeld Spanier's Blanc de Blancs Prestige is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown in the ideal climate of Hohen-Sülzen. The grapes are hand-harvested, maintaining low sugar and high acidity levels for optimal aging. The juice is gently pressed and fermented in French oak for a premium traditional method. After 9 years on its lees, the 2012 vintage is disgorged and showcases a firm and deep character with a yeasty, nutty aroma. Notes of citric tart, brioche, floral, and stone fruit add complexity.
