Gulp Hablo Fresco is a wine that looks back at the roots of Spanish wines, when viticultors would plant red and white grapes together, ferment them together, and release them as fresh as possible. Fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, juicy primary fruit flavors. The Garnacha is fermented separately, while the rest of the blend is co-fermented.
