A pleasantly tangy finish adds to its appeal. It is a straightforward wine that offers easy-drinking pleasure. Following the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed for 6-8 hours, allowing for the extraction of key ingredients without damaging the berries. After sedimentation, a portion of the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation. The wine is then aged on the lees for 3-5 months to achieve a balanced structure.
