Antique Week in the Texas Hill CountryAntique Week is a shopping extravaganza that takes place twice a year in April and October, over two and a half weeks, primarily in and around the Texas rural communities of Round Top, Warrenton, Shelby, Fayetteville, Carmine, Burton, Oldenburg, and Rutersville. More than 100,000 people from around the world who both buy and sell, gather at dozens of show sites, a giant market place that generally features more than 60 antiques, both American and European oriented, vintage decorator and collectable items, multiple themed artworks, guns, crystalwares and glasswares, handcrafted items, architectural salvage, vintage furniture, toys, clothes, vintage automotive parts, machinery, mid-century housewares, retro collectables and a whole lot more.Arguably one of the largest antique shopping events in the country, Antique Week has been in existence for more than 50 years, dating back to the 1960s. This is a spectacular public market, where buyers and owners
