Order Tracking page customization - Prioritize orders
Order Tracking Page customization (20 working hours). Request: The app to determine the number of outstanding orders the user assigns a length of time to each order on average - for example 100 orders/week The customer would see their place in the queue The customer would see an estimated time to reach the front of the line, that would recalculate as orders are fulfilled. That process would replace this custom status: When the order falls within the current timeline chosen above - 100/week, or 14 per day, the status would change to in production until the order is fulfilled. This would then create a dynamic status tracking page instead of using the static number in the custom status. As an example - we make our items by hand as they are ordered and we received 600 orders in one day. Those who ordered in the morning will have a faster turn around than those who ordered at night. Having all 600 orders move into production status on the same day is not accurate
