2004 Paul Reed Smith McCarty Model Solid Body Electric Guitar

This PRS is a tasteful tribute to Ted McCarty who is best known as the mastermind who presided over Gibson’s golden age of electric guitars. This particular one features a gorgeously figured Maple top and is exquisite enough to have been awarded the coveted “10 Top” designation, which is a special designation given to PRS instruments made with their most figured wood. Overall, this guitar is in good cosmetic condition. There are a fair number of tiny instance dings, scratches and other cosmetic blemishes scattered throughout the guitar. The most noticeable blemish is on the tip of the headstock. The frets are in good condition and while there are signs of wear starting to show on the first few frets, particularly the G and B string, there is still plenty of life left in the frets. The original pickups have been upgraded to a set of PRS 59/09, but the original set is provided with the guitar.
