"It is the design, of the editor that this collection shall clearly exhibit the distinguishing doctrines of grace and that nothing opposed to these (as we conceive) shall be admitted." - To the Public, by Elliot. The final page has "End of the First Volume" at bottom, but no other volumes were published. Nathan Elliot was a printer at Catskill, New York. He was one of the first members of the Presbyterian Church that organized in the town of Catskill in 1803. He published theologic
