Family Liaison Officer – Managing Families During a Crisis Event Program [ILM, SHRM, and HRCI Certified] -Spanish

For the majority of crisis events people are involved, and this places staff and family liaison at the heart of managing a crisis event. During a crisis organizations should consider the need to put ‘family first’, while concurrently looking to the interests of their organization. A failure to understand how to protect the interests of staff, their families, but also critically the wider interests of the organization can make a significant difference from both the practical and perceived management of a crisis event. This course provides 4hrs of learning within 5 mandatory courses culminating in an ILM award, and up to 10hrs of learning [with individual certifications] in 11 elective courses. RSM is the only organization permitted to provide internationally certified Institute of Leadership Management [ILM] online certifications for family liaison management, with an accompanying 14 HRCI and SHRM credits. The program can be taken at the participant’s pace, is provided in various langua
