Trench Art  was carefully crafted on an Inert Artillery Shell stamped "37-85", PDPs 219 246". The artwork on the shell says "A.E.F. inside an open crest area with lovely ivy pattern surrounding the rest of the shell "This has been in our store for over 20 years and stored in a display cabinet. It is a beautiful piece of art and equally beautiful piece of history. Pictures don't do it justice.
