Custom Address Plaque

An address plaque that's so unique, it may stop traffic! There is no easy way to set up this listing with as many options as I want to have, so please, please, please, read the following:  This $50 price is the base price of the address plaque. That includes an approximately 9x12 inch wood-grain base (as seen in the example photos) and your address. If you have 5 or more numbers in your address, your plaque will be turned to horizontal, otherwise it will be in portrait. Please include your house numbers in the notes when you check out, or email me.  For everything that you want to add to the base plaque, please look at the following chart, make a list of what you would like, and either include it in the notes when you check out, or email me.  Example note: "Hi!
