HC&D Economy Offset Clutch Pedal

Add a clutch pedal to our HC&D economy adjustable pedal rail mount system.  This clutch pedal is made of very strong 4130N material, features a 1 3/4" outboard offset giving good clearance from the brake pedal, and includes die cut grip tape for perfect pedal pad profile.
