The is a smaller sized cutting board which can also be used as a cheeseboard or serving piece. It is made of 3 contrasting woods revealing their natural colors. The edges are made of purpleheart, the lighter colored wood is maple, and the dark central strip is wenge. The board is finished with several coatings of a food safe mineral oil and then hand rubbed with purified beeswax. There are rubber feet to keep the board from sliding on the counter top.
