Harmony Aromatherapy™ Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Eucalyptus 15ml (.5oz) Plant Part: Leaf Method: Steam Distilled Aroma: Camphorish, Refreshing, Pungent, Herbaceous Blends well with: Pine, Rosemary, Ginger, Cypress Cautions: Always dilute with a carrier oil when applying to the skin.  Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician before use if pregnant. External use only. Common Use: Dilute 3-5 drops in 1 oz of carrier oil (almond or coconut) when applying topically. In your diffuser of choice, add 2-3 drops. Description: Eucalyptus is known as the respiratory essential oil.  Used by aromatherapists as a steam inhalation respiratory treatment, also in many decongestant rubs and inhalants. Eucalyptus is also known for its ability to promote clear thinking and energy for a sluggish emotional state. Eucalyptus also helps with muscular aches and pains. Combine 6 drops of Eucalyptus with 3 drops of Peppermint to 1 oz of carrier for a soothing muscle massage oil.
