DIESELSITE DSIBK INTERCOOLER BOOT KIT

The kit includes the two boots that connect the intercooler piping to the intercooler on both sides of the radiator. It includes four T-bolt spring clamps. The spring bolt clamps are 300 series stainless steel with zinc coated bolts with a 300lb clamping strength. Recommended torque is 60 in/lbs.  If you are confused about how many boots or what "kits" you need to complete your boots, we'll try to make it easier for you. You have 6 total "Intercooler"  or charge air cooler hoses. We break up the Early 99 7.3L systems into 3 kits. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see the remaining two kits you will need to complete your set. If you have a late 99 (build date 12-01-98) through 2003 7.3L, you need two sets (still 6 boots total) and your remaining set is below in the related items as well.
