Tri-tip

This delicious and unique roast comes from the sirloin and is super flavorful. It's name comes from it's triangular shape! Grill or roast the tri-tip and slice across the grain. All our beef is responsibly raised on our family ranch in central South Dakota. Our cattle are Angus-bred with top genetics, grass-fed for most of their lives then finished on a corn-based diet to produce the best flavor and juiciness you could ask for! Roasts are about 2.5 pounds. Available for shipping or pickup.
