Basil Vinegar

Made with Italian basil from Hima Farms (Snohomish), this vinegar is herby and delicious. The basil provides a peppery, aromatic background to the acidity without overpowering. With an almost effervescent sweetness, it will make the tomato salad dressing of your dreams. Italian dishes are a natural pairing, but we also love it for finishing veggie stews and curries. Try pairing with gin for a fun take on a G&T. 4% acidity, raw and unpasteurized (like all our vinegars).
