Pastured Pork Bone-In Loin Chops, averages 1.2 lbs (Minimum of 4)

Pastured Pork Bone-In Loin Chops, approx. 1.2 lbs per package (4 steak minimum).  Cut from the tenderloin, our Pastured Pork Bone-In Loin Chops are approximately 1” thick.  The size and number of chops per package will vary due to natural differences between each hog.  Packages are filled by weight to reach a pound. Our hogs are raised on pasture by small-scale family farmers in Wisconsin. The hogs are fed a glyphosate free ration while roaming fields and woods.  No hormones, antibiotics or GMO feed!
