Keep your operations running smoothly with rapid thawing and reliable freeze prevention. Model PH101005G (Xtreme) is a 5 ft long (10" Diameter), 120 Volt, pipe wrap heater with Rapid Ramp Technology. Now you can thaw and freeze protect your pipes with the same wrap! This model is engineered to completely wrap around 8" pipes. The Rapid Ramp technology is a smart feature of the blanket that allows for an accelerated initial "heat-up" time. Through a network of thermal switches, the blanket will utilize 800 watts (6.67 Amps) to rapidly thaw frozen pipes or provide freeze protection. After the pipe is thawed and/or heated, the blanket automatically reduces power consumption to 400 watts (3.33 Amps) to prevent further freezing. This model is UL/ETL/CSA/CE certified.
