The watch is real and set to 11:11. When I use clocks in my work, I point the time to 11:11. If you Google this, you'll find that many consider it numerologically significant. For me, when I see 11:11, it is a reminder to be conscious. Butterflies are a major theme in my work because they represent hope and transformation to me. Some of the butterflies in this are 3D made with modeling paste. This is 12 x 12 inches on canvas, and may be purchased with or without a frame. The frame makes it 14 x 14. It does not have glass because of the 3-D elements.
