ArteNom Seleccion de 1579 Blanco Tequila is created by Felipe Camarena in the highland town of Jesús-María at El Pandillo, a highly innovative and one of a kind distillery. Fermented with rain water, and distilled with a 50/50 blend of rain water and filtered on-property well water. Active aeration prior to bottling illuminates flavors of the sugar rich agaves and high mineral content soil. This tequila is distilled in small volume copper pot stills. Aroma: Yeasty minerality, fresh rainfall, cooked agave, mint.
