Julie Ueland Penguin Cookie Jar-746614

This Julie Ueland cookie jar is RETIRED.  The height of the cookie jar is just about  11 1/2".   The Penguin has a black body with a white front with little tiny black dots that goes down the middle of him.  He has yellow nose and feet with tiny black dots. He is wearing a blue, yellow, and white plaid scarf which goes around his neck and the ties on the scarf with the plaid fringe at the end hang down on his check.  His cap is red with a white muff at the top of his cap and he has a red, green, and white plaid border that goes all the way around his cap.  This is item is a hand painted ceramic.
