This simple knife helps you create a variety of garnishes from citrus zest and other firm fruits such as cucumbers and apples. The V-channel cuts a 1/4" strip while the serrated nubs release oils from a citrus peel. The channel can also cut outlines of larger shapes that are then separated from the pith with the blunt knife edge. Handwash and oil the handle with mineral or linseed oil to keep it looking fresh.
