100 pounds of delicious, nutrient dense, grass fed and finished beef! All beef comes in individual vacuum sealed packages! This will be broken up into approximately: 40% ground beef (40 pounds) 30% steak cuts (30 pounds) 30% slow cook cuts (30 pounds) (roasts, brisket, stew meat, short ribs, etc) A quarter beef can feed a family of 2, 2 times a week, for a year! No need to worry about what's for dinner, you'll always have a nutrient dense protein source right at your finger tips! What type of freezer will I need? A freezer of roughly 5 cubic feet. This will allow extra space to organize and move things around as needed. All products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to avoid items sitting over a weekend if they would be delayed in transit. Orders after 3:00 PM EST on Tuesdays will not be shipped until the following week.  FREE SHIPPING!
