Approximately 10lbs of our grass fed and finished beef cut into delicious steaks! What you get: 4 Boneless Ribeye ~12-13oz each steak 4 Sirloin ~ 16-18oz each steak 2 Strip Steaks ~10-11oz each steak 1 Flank Steak ~22-24oz All weights are approximate and may vary slightly. All products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to avoid items sitting over a weekend if they would be delayed in transit.
