Mozzarella & Focaccia Bread Baking Class

Mozzarella is a universal cheese that is perfect alone, delicious with tomatoes, basil and balsamic or as a topping to Pizza. I love Mozzarella melted over ziti pasta with Meatballs. Mozzarella Cheese making classes are so POPULAR that we teach these classes multiple times a week.  Before we start the cheese making we will start our Focaccia Breads from scratch allowing our dough time to rise and bake.  After our cheese is made then we will enjoy our cheese and focaccia as a group.  .  If you love cheese and bread then this is your class.  . This is a per person fee.  This class is so much more than making cheese.
