Seedless Blueberry Jam - Artisan Small Batch Jams

I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits into these tasty jams and jellies! BLUEBERRY JAM is a "seedless" favorite! Fresh-picked local organic blueberries are cooked then mashed using our antique, hand-operated food mill, and the seeds are strained away before creating this beautiful jelly. (The occasional seed may get past our food mill, despite our best efforts.)Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jam with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jam remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
